This is not a formal step-by step training. It is an opportunity to work on the production of the course schedule with staff from the Office of the Registrar available to answer questions and offer assistance.

CourseLeaf Curriculum Inventory Management (CIM) - End User Training

Learn how to navigate the CourseLeaf CIM dashboards and forms to submit proposals to add new, modify or inactivating existing courses and programs.

For faculty and staff that typically initiate or assist with curriculum proposals for courses and programs.

A recording of the training will be made available as a resource for attendees and anyone that cannot attend a scheduled session.

CourseLeaf Academic Catalog (CAT) - New Editors and Refresher

During this course, the trainer will demonstrate step by step how to make edits and provide an overview of the software’s functions used by Editors. This is a hands-on session, and participants are encouraged to follow along with the trainer, using the software as part of the learning process.

CourseLeaf Curriculum Inventory Management (CIM) - Approver/Reviewer Workflow Training

Learn how to navigate the CourseLeaf approver workflow dashboard for proposals submitted through CourseLeaf CIM. Proposals include those for adding, modifying or inactivating courses and programs, as well as miscellaneous requests. How to review, comment, edit, rollback and approve proposals will be covered.

For individuals and committee members in roles that review/approve proposals to add, modify or inactivate courses and programs as part of the curriculum management governance workflow.
