Appointment Campaigns enable advisors to request that specific students select a specific date and time in which to schedule an appointment. This is in contrast to the advisor creating appointments for each student. This feature is commonly used when an advisor must meet with all their students at least once per term.
This course will cover the steps required to complete and submit progress reports in EAB Navigate. We will then cover how to run searches/reports to identify students that have been marked as 'Below' average and options to engage those students through the application.
This course will discuss in detail how to access, use and manage the appointment center and kiosk functionality within Navigate.
These sessions are open ended sessions where users can connect to the session via Zoom and get answers to questions you have.
This course is intended for Advisors/Faculty Advisors new to the Navigate platform. Navigate provides the opportunity for advisors and student support personnel to document and track student progress towards goals. The application is part of a University System's initiative for student retention. This course will provide users with the basics to getting started with the application.
