Unlocking AI with Copilot Chat & Prompt Engineering
This hands-on training session introduces participants to Copilot Chat, Microsoft's AI-powered assistant, and explores how it differs from other AI chat tools. Attendees will learn how to access and effectively use Copilot Chat, including uploading files and leveraging built-in Microsoft resources. The session also covers prompt engineering fundamentalsthe art of crafting effective prompts to get the most useful responses from AI. To make the training relevant and actionable, well explore scenarios from your department, demonstrating how Copilot Chat can support your daily workflows and enhance productivity.This session is recommended to be delivered in person where possible with collaboration from your department/area on the potential scenarios or use cases, please provide some when requesting this training. Examples from previous training: generating notes from meetings, assisting in project planning, or drafting letters of reference.
